My Experience being a Part of Trainobment

Here I would like to share about some of the activities that we have done in this trainobment program:

Highlights:-

Time management &stress management:-

In this Time management routine we have to create our time budget sheet on an everyday basis.When we manage time wisely we will control our time which makes us less stressed and makes us calm.

Therefore,time management and stress management go hand in hand.From this I have learnt how to manage the time and came to know how much time I have spent and how much I have wasted. 

Routine challenge:-

As the first class we had a morning routine to get up early and to post a picture in social media.It was really good to say that because of this I have started at least to wake up early in the morning.And also it was interesting to see my friends beautiful images of morning routine task. 

Passion factor:-

In Passion factor we have to discover our passion by considering the factor that we should not get bored by doing again and again..As you know this made me to know exactly what my passion is. 

Website building:-

Creating a website by our own was a very good challenge for ourselves to know how creatively we build our profile and what are the contents to be added in the site and how to add the templates so that the viewers can catch their eyes.I have used WIX site for doing my own  website building and it was a very good experience.Having a personal website is like presenting yourself to others so that the people may have some good impression on you.

Video resume experience:-

This was my first video resume that I have done. From this I have learnt how to introduce myself to the recruiter or hiring manager in a unique way to stand out from other applicants .This taught me what should be highlighted like skills and experiences to show you are perfect fit for the position.It also lets you show how your creativity and also personality are a match for the company.

Aptitude session:-

This session was very informative and also learned several different categories of aptitude tests that are designed to measure the technical skills,some basic tips on how to solve problems using a short method and also trainobment conducted quizzes based on the aptitude which was very useful for cracking our placements.

Guest Lecture:-

Our special guest Muralidharan R Nair sir who is the professor of Don Bosco School Of Management,Happiness Coach,Online Meditation and breath workshop Trainer addressed us for career building.He inspired us with his talk ,the way he overcame difficulties and his experiences ,his efforts to become a successful person.I feel privileged to be a part of such an organisation which gave me the opportunity to meet such an experienced person.

He gave his suggestion like what skill must a candidate possess,and his/her attitude towards the work or in life to move ahead for a successful future.

Advanced Hiring Technologies:-

Other than that we learnt about profile summary i.e. ARALTICS formulae , SEO keywords planning, AI based resume to make an impressive resume structure.Thank you Enormayu for making us know all these.

Team work:-

The most interesting part of this contest is working with a team whom we don't know each other at first but through teams we just got to know each other and completed the task successfully.There were 6 teams and i belong to team Azahar. Even i have led my team for one of the assignment it was very interesting to take the responsibility and initiative of a team and do better than the other opponent teams.This chance was given to each member of a team to take the team lead which is a good opportunity to show once talent.

First team work, given for us is to select a sector and to list out the company that provides a particular job role and to do the SWOT analysis of those company.It was a team leader who has to take the responsibility of each member of a team to distribute their work and lead the team successfully.Next team task given us is to do video resume and profile branding even it was very good and valuable and done our work greatly and gave our 100%.The very exciting thing of this is of posting our own video to social media and gaining points to get our extra stipend it was well and good to showcase our video to the viewers . 

Pride of Team lead:-

The pride stands for Purpose,Reputation,Direction And Integrity.

Pride plays an important role in the success of a leader.Leader is the one who takes the responsibility of each member in a team to motivate them to do their work and they constantly root for their team’s success.In our team we had distributed the work equally for each and every member so there was no extra player .For a particular assignment we had to change the team lead so that everyone gets a chance to lead.

Overall outcome & personal Message:-

From this trainobment program I have learnt various skills such as writing a resume,cover letter,profile building,website building,video resume ,infographic resume,leadership skills,Blogging,Quantitative aptitude which I did not know before.I feel myself trained well before taking an interview..

It was really a wonderful program which makes each and every individual well trained before going for a placement .You have taught us about various skills that are necessary for a fresher to take part in an interview.The activities which you gave us was really good and we all enjoyed it,connecting through social media posting our own profiles and websites was another opportunity for us to showcase our talents which also made us to connect with other viewers too.I am happy to say that my viewers was the highest one in the first contest and even i have got good comments from my viewers for doing video resume.So all the credit goes to Team Enormayu for giving me such opportunity to enhance my talent.
